Hive Global: Terms and Conditions

Hive Global Refund Policy

Hive does not permit refunds for any registrations after payment has been received. Hive does permit transfers from one scheduled event to another event of the same program content (i.e. a global leaders program can be swapped with another global leaders program hosted in the same country) provided that the attendee provide Hive Global with 14 days notice and that event has availability.

If inclement weather prevents an attendee from attending an event do to travel disruption, an attendee may work with Hive to transfer their registration to another event provided space availability. However, Hive is not responsible for any associated costs (hotel, etc.) that the registrant may have incurred as a result of their registration with a program.

Payment Plan Policy

The following terms and conditions apply if you choose a payment plan in connection with any events or programs purchased on this site.

Please print a copy of these terms and conditions or save a copy to your computer for your records. The Payment Plan is not a credit sale or other extension of credit.

We charge you the first payment of your respective plan at the time you enter into your Payment Plan. You acknowledge and agree that the first payment is fully earned upon submission.

The Payment Plan requires the first month payment and a certain number of additional payments (based on your selected plan), and full payment must be complete for your respective payment plan to be considered fully registered to the Hive Global Leaders Program. The percentage or amount of the initial and additional payments, and the number of the additional payments, are disclosed when you select a Payment Plan on our web site.

YOU UNDERSTAND THAT YOU MUST MAKE EACH PAYMENT BY ITS DUE DATE IN ORDER TO COMPLETE YOUR PURCHASE AND BE CONSIDERED REGISTERED. IF YOU FAIL TO MAKE ANY PAYMENT BY ITS DUE DATE, YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT YOUR PAYMENT PLAN WILL TERMINATE AND YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ATTEND THE HIVE GLOBAL LEADERS PROGRAM. YOU FURTHER UNDERSTAND THAT YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND OF ANY PAYMENTS YOU HAVE MADE PRIOR TO THE TERMINATION DATE.

Automatic Payment Authorization: You authorize us to automatically charge to the payment card number and expiration date and other payment method information you provided (collectively, the “Payment Method”) and the amount of each payment under your Payment Plan on or about the due date thereof. Each charge will be processed in U.S. Dollars and, if a charge is converted into another currency, its amount may vary based on fluctuations in the applicable conversion rate.

Because of the consequences of failure to make a payment on time discussed above, you agree that you are responsible for notifying us immediately of any change in your Payment Method, including without limitation if your payment card number or expiration date changes or if your payment card is lost or stolen and replaced with a new payment card.
